Guide videos help customers take the right measurements. They then proceed to Hockerty’s futuristic 3D interface that allows them to customize and visualize their outfits. These measurements and design specifications are sent to the tailors and shoemakers. After ordering, customers can expect their orders to be delivered within two weeks.

With most customers ordering their clothes and shoes for special events, Hockerty needed to streamline its order tracking process to avoid disappointments. The extended delivery period triggered post-purchase anxiety in customers who were not sure if their deliveries would be made on time.

The peak wedding season of late summer to early fall meant more orders to fulfill worldwide and a more complicated carrier network to navigate.
